Taiko Camp is a Japanese summer day camp for children who are entering kindergarten through fifth grade in coming this fall.

We offer several 5-day camps on Taiko, Marimba and various instruments for kids of all abilities.

All session designed to introduce basics of Taiko playing, including stance, simple rhythms, and playing with partners. It will also introduce aspects of Japanese culture.

They study technique, rhythm and music theory while learning performance pieces. Campers are treated to daily performing arts workshops. At the end of each camp, the students perform for friends and family.
